Un mod que te debe funcionar bien en Español es Info addict. Prueba con ese a ver. Y los mods de civ 5, aún están en pañales, no tiene ni un año el juego, con la cantidad de parches que tiene y que tiene menos aficionados que el 4, pues es normal que se hayan aventurado poco en hacer mods grandes como los que dices.
